Return & Exchange Policy

Not satisfied with your order? Don’t worry as you may choose to exchange size and/ or colour of the same item.

Just follow the few simple steps below:

  • Return in brand new condition (unaltered, undamaged and unwashed), with secured tag intact and in the original ziplock bag packaging.
  • Mail back to us via registered mail or courier service which allows tracking. For normal mail via Singpost we will not be liable for any lost mails. The return postage fees will be at your own cost.
  • Your parcel have to reach us within 10 days from the date you received your item.
  • We will process your exchange or refund within 7 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s).
  • In the event that any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject your exchange.

Exchange

Please drop us an email at hi@linedancewear.com within 7 business days upon receipt of your order. You will need to state your Order ID, Product reference number and the new size and/ or colour that you wish to exchange to (exchange to a different item is not possible). We will follow up with you on the next step.

Backorder products

14 working days for backorder delivery. Delivery may be delayed due to Covid restrictions in different countries. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Please only join if you are comfortable with the wait and any unforeseen delays. (A notification via whatsapp will be sent to the customer if any backorder delay is > 3 weeks)
  • If other instock item(s) are placed together in the same order, all items will only be dispatched when the backorder item arrives. If you would like your instock item(s) to be dispatched first, kindly opt for a separate checkout.
  • Kindly note that there may be slight colour differences for Backorder batches.
  • There is strictly no refunds if one backs out of paid backorder.

Line Dancewear exercises a company-wide final sale policy. We enforce a strict no returns policy across all products.

Exchanges for Online Purchases

Exchanges are only allowed for IN-STOCK products.

  1. Products must be exchanged within 14 days upon receiving your orders.
  2. Exchange request can be submitted through your online account under “My Orders” after order status has been updated to “Delivered”.

Note: Request subject to approval, all request must be accompanied by the following for prompt processing:

Please DO NOT ship any items back to us before receiving a confirmation. All items are your responsibility until they reach us. Therefore we encourage you to use a trackable shipping service. Please also ensure your shipment is securely packed to prevent any damage to the items.

Please note that exchanges are NOT ALLOWED for items that fall under the following conditions:

  • Promotional
  • Sale
  • Voucher claimed dancewear
  • MADE-TO-ORDER items
  • MADE TO MEASURE products
  • For hygiene purposes, foot thongs, half soles, undergarments and hosiery (tights, socks etc.) are also non-exchangeable, non returnable.

Shipping Policy

$50 & above will enjoy free delivery by normal mail.  (Line dancewear will not be liable for any lost or damage to order)

$50 & below will be charged $2 for normal postage (Not liable for any lost or damaged)

$50 & below can also opt for door to door courier @$5 for drop off (To ensure order is delivered to you safely with tracking number!)
